Our services to the shipbuilding industry can be broadly classified in two parts:

Equipment Supply material movement for Inhouse process.
Sub-contracting.

We at Imensys specialize in heavy material movement which is very essential to the shipbuilding industry considering the weight of input raw material as well as the finished blocks at Fabrication bays.
We provide multiple solutions to transfer Raw materials like plates to fabrication areas from the yard, lifting solutions for plates, Plate Cross-Transfers, EOT Cranes, Gantry and Semi-Gantry Cranes.
For movement of Fabricated blocks from the Fabrication facility to the drydock, we have Rail Guided Vehicles (RGV’s).
We also manufacture motorized and manual moving sheds required in Shipbuilding Industry.
In addition, we also undertake sub-contracting work for fabrication of components for ship-building components.
