Impression Systems is an industrial EOT cranes manufacturers in India.
We have a wide range of heavy-duty EOT crane systems (double girder, single girder, underslung, etc.) for various applications in shipbuilding, construction, power, nuclear, steel plants, heavy/general engineering sectors, etc. Our recommended solutions for industrial EOT cranes are based on in-depth analysis of customers applications, production facility, industry, and material handling requirements.
Single Girder Cranes
The crane consists of a single bridge girder supported on two end tracks. It has a trolley hoist mechanism that rolls on the bottom flange of the bridge beam. Single Girder Cranes are used in work units where heavy materials expected either shifting or lifting. These cranes are exclusively used for maintenance and manufacturing purpose. The primary purpose of single girder cranes is to move heavy materials quickly & hassle-free with easy remote control. These cranes offer high endurance and can give a long-run performance with little maintenance.

Double Girder Cranes
Double Girder Cranes can be used for all heavy lifting purposes and when the span of the system is longer. The hook of double girder has greater free movements compared to the single girder cranes. With their endurance & build structure can be used in both inside & outside of the factory which gives them added advantage when considering the EOT cranes.
SINGLE GIRDER OR DOUBLE GIRDER – WHAT TYPE OF CRANE YOU SHOULD CHOOSE
A common error of our human perception about strength is that double-girder cranes are more robust! But the industry standards (CMMA/DIN/FEM) tells another story, both single and double girder cranes are equally rigid, strong and durable, because of the single girder cranes use much stronger girders than double girder cranes. The difference between single and double girder cranes is an effective lifting height. Ordinarily, double girder cranes render better lifting height. Single girder cranes cost less in numerous ways, only one cross girder is required, a trolley is simpler, installation is quicker and runway beams cost less due to the lighter crane dead weight. The construction costs are also lower. Nevertheless, not every crane can be a single girder crane.
In the case were cranes are more than 15 ton or have the spread of more than 30m, the double girder crane is a better solution.
